I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was great, with well-maintained rooms and super clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options and attractions in the city. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We were immediately impressed with the location of the hotel, as it provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. the breakfast provided offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a delicious start to our day. the view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenery.
There seemed to be an issue with the staff's behavior towards certain guests, which is something that needs improvement.

Great location, just a few minutes from the main street and public transportation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the breakfast offered was decent.
The staff was extremely rude and charged us for something that was not our fault. My child accidentally stained the bed linen with a temple holy string colour, which was not aware of having poor quality.

Convenient location near a popular temple and other attractions. Reasonably priced, with friendly staff at first. Room and facilities clean, and comfortable bed to sleep. Complimentary toiletries was a plus to the overall experience.
The staff at the front desk were utterly unprofessional and unsympathetic. Their attitude was inexcusable and left a bad taste in my mouth.
